This three-day celebration brings together the best of the Upstate SC's culinary talent, craft distillers, and live entertainment for a one-of-a-kind experience centered around bourbon, BBQ, and bacon.
The weekend kicks off with Taste of the Barrel, an exclusive bourbon dinner soirée featuring a five-course menu curated by Chef Dayna Lee-Márquez of Comal 864, paired with handcrafted cocktails by Tammy Johnson of High Spirits Hospitality.
Saturday’s Bourbonpalooza is the festival’s headlining event, where over 25 chefs and bartenders compete with their most creative bourbon- and BBQ-inspired dishes and cocktails. Guests enjoy unlimited tastings, live music, and tailgate games. VIP and Super VIP ticket holders gain early access and exclusive perks.
